Whether you're selling or buying Katy Thiekle Straser has the experience, local knowledge and negotiating skills to secure a winning real estate outcome.  Born in Los Altos, Katy's familiarity with the San Fransisco Peninsula has led to an impressive client list across her 17-year career. 

Katy brings a personal, full-service process to every listing.  Sellers appreciate her strategic pricing advice which produces wide market interest and often brings in multiple purchase offers.  In addition, her proven team of contractors and service providers allow each home to be prepped in order to make the best possible impression on potential buyers.  

Katy keeps her finger on the pulse of the real estate business: her attention to detail, negotiating diligence and exclusive access to off-market properties keep both sellers and buyers covered.  

A longtime Peninsula resident, Katy lives in Menlo Park with her husband and two children and enjoys volunteer work with Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Sacred Heart Schools and the GLOW Foundation.

Growing up a General Contractors's daughter, Kayla has always been fascinated with people and the relationships they have with their homes. In 2003 at the age of 20, she decided to move into the family trade of uniting families with their dream homes! Working all areas of the business from residential home buyers, subdivision development, condo conversions, and commercial, Kayla quickly became a very well rounded agent in a fast-paced market.

In 2010 she moved to the San Francisco Bay area. There she obtained a California Real Estate Agents License and started a new adventure learning the business in the high-end luxury market of Palo Alto and Silicon Valley.

In 2018 Kayla moved to Tucson to step into a new adventure as CEO of Keller Williams Southern AZ. Through the year she worked on building skills in leadership, coaching, training and the foundations of building businesses worth having in the Real Estate Industry. Learning from some of the best agents in the world, traveling across the country to soak in everything they were teaching! Kayla now uses her years of experience and love of Real Estate by helping others grow, consulting new and established Real Estate teams in Silicon Valley and throughout Arizona, coaching agents into production and  setting them up on a path to success.

Living again in the beautiful mountains of Prescott Arizona, Kayla still continues to provide expert service to her clients Buying and Selling homes in the High Desert.

Marketing Coordinator

Cammy grew up on the Peninsula along with her family.  After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she returned to the Bay Area where she attended USF School of Law.  Cammy and her husband Brendan moved down to the Peninsula to raise their children.  After a successful practice in family law, Cammy chose to stay at home to raise their children.  Cammy’s extensive volunteer work includes tutoring with Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula, work as a CASA, volunteer work with Silverado Hospice, Peninsula Food Runners, and There With Care, and is currently on the Parents Board at the University of San Diego where her daughter attends school. She and Brendan and their  three children have lived in Atherton, Woodside and Redwood City for more than 20 years and she knows the Peninsula very well.
