Katy did an outstanding job in helping sell a condo in Mountain View.  Katy was a tremendous asset in helping us determine what remodeling and updating needed to be done.  She and her interior designer helped us make cost-effective decisions and then she recommended great contractors to get the  jobs done.  She coordinated all aspects of preparing the property for sale, pricing, marketing and closing -- all without a hitch.  She is fun to work with and made it all go smoothly.  I highly recommend her.
